Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist for Home Depot Financial Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial data entry processes. You will be responsible for reviewing and processing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records. This is a remote opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $30-$35 per hour and the flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and credits

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
• Collaborate with senior accounting staff to resolve financial discrepancies and issues
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including finance and accounting teams

Essential Qualifications

* 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Access
• Experience with general ledger software, such as SAP or similar software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
