Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers using the right methods and tools
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build trust
  • Building sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Meeting personal and customer service team targets and call handling quotas
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert-level support

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (1+ year)
