Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately inputting data into the QuickClaim system utilizing a consistent flow of images
- Identifying various document types based on provided guidelines
- Reviewing and confirming that entered data adheres to high-quality standards
- Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Engaging professionally with team members as necessary
- Proposing enhancements for process improvements
- Completing daily tasks efficiently to ensure all work is accomplished on time
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Self-driven with a strong commitment to excellence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt swiftly to changes
- Detail-oriented and focused individual
- Quick learner capable of following both simple and complex instructions
- Essential to uphold the confidentiality of client information
- Proficient in reading and speaking English
- Typing Test Requirements: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Pay: $12 per hour
- Available positions include part-time and full-time roles (full-time preferred; minimum of 20 hours per week required)
- Shifts are available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
Work Environment and Location
This remote position is open to candidates located in WI, MN, IA, and TX. As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with access to our virtual collaboration tools and resources.
