Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers through phone, email, and chat support

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process returns and exchanges, and complete paperwork as required
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
  • Stock shelves and counters with merchandise, and assist with setting up advertising displays
  • Follow performance standards and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Computer proficiency is a must, with experience in CRM software and other retail systems an asset

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • 1-3 months of customer service or sales-related experience and/or training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Computer proficiency, with experience in CRM software and other retail systems an asset
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous retail or customer service experience

  • Experience with CRM software and other retail systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills an asset
