Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights
  • Providing flight information, including arrival/departure times, gate information, and baggage claims
  • Resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a positive, friendly manner
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely service
  • Collaborating with other team members to improve customer experiences

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
