What You'll Do
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Reassuring panicked pet owners who are searching for their missing fur babies
- Serving as the frontline team to help reunite pets with their owners
- Providing a positive experience for our customers through empathetic listening, clear communication, and effective problem-solving
- Collaborating with a dynamic team to achieve our goals and objectives
- Adhering to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work day and evening shifts
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous call center experience (at least 6 months)
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A quiet designated work area at home (if remote)
- Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire
