Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds via phone, email, and chat.
  • Providing assistance with baggage tracking, loyalty programs, and general flight-related queries.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Documenting all interactions and actions taken in our customer service platform.
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex policies, promotions, and travel procedures to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Delivering a personalized and positive experience for each customer you assist.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; higher education or related certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service tools (previous experience with CRM software is a plus).
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet home office space.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
