Key Responsibilities

* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, goals, and pain points

Requirements

* 2-5 years of experience in SaaS Success/Inside Sales, with a proven track record of driving customer adoption and growth

  • Proactive mindset and ability to cold outreach via calls, emails, and demos
  • Analytical skills with CRM/reporting tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot, or Excel/SQL
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
  • Independent and structured work style, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a preference for candidates with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
