  • *Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience in program management. + Experience in training data for ML models (e.g., handling, managing, and coordinating training data). + Experience with the full machine learning (ML) model life-cycle, including development, deployment, and monitoring.

  • *Preferred qualifications:**

+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. + Experience with video and audio capture, including selecting and debugging cameras, lenses, microphones, and sensors to ensure high-quality data. + Experience in managing external partners and vendors. + Experience analyzing data from video and audio sources to create digital visual representations.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. As a Data Operations Technical Program Manager for Google Beam, you will lead the data acquisition operations that power our machine learning models and computer vision algorithms. You will be responsible for innovating, operationalizing, and scaling our data capture processes and ensuring our algorithms are trained on high-fidelity visual and audio inputs. In this role, you will bridge the physical and digital worlds by managing captures and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build ML and algorithmic solutions for new products. Powered by realistic state-of-the-art 3D imaging and spatial audio and integrated with today's leading remote video platforms, Google Beam enables you to be immersed in the moment, together. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
