• *Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience in program management. + Experience in training data for ML models (e.g., handling, managing, and coordinating training data). + Experience with the full machine learning (ML) model life-cycle, including development, deployment, and monitoring.

• *Preferred qualifications:**

+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. + Experience with video and audio capture, including selecting and debugging cameras, lenses, microphones, and sensors to ensure high-quality data. + Experience in managing external partners and vendors. + Experience analyzing data from video and audio sources to create digital visual representations.

You will be responsible for innovating, operationalizing, and scaling our data capture processes and ensuring our algorithms are trained on high-fidelity visual and audio inputs. In this role, you will bridge the physical and digital worlds by managing captures and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build ML and algorithmic solutions for new products. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
