They are seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate and qualify new business opportunities, engage prospective clients, and set up meetings for the VP of Sales, thereby playing a crucial role in pipeline development and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target accounts within key industries
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the VP of Sales
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and meeting-setting targets

Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or a customer-facing role
  • Proven ability to meet activity or quota-based targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High energy, competitive mindset, proactive and resilient
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Desire to grow into an Account Executive role
  • US based with work hours aligned with Eastern time zone
  • Willingness to travel (less than 20%)
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred
