[Remote] Bilingual Client Services Administrator (English/French)

Experior Financial Group Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Client Services Administrator who excels in both collaborative and independent settings. The role involves managing client interactions, supporting financial associates, and maintaining departmental processes in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Work with insurance providers to connect clients with new financial associates
- Communicate between clients, agents, and insurance providers to transfer enforce policies
- Establish solid working relationships with the sales force and support them with processing client applications
- Review client transfer forms to ensure completion and required agent codes are included
- Maintain and update department process manual
- Perform other duties pertaining to the Client Services department requested by your immediate manager
Skills
- Prior experience in office administration is required
- Professional proficiency in French and English is required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across all channels
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, capable of building rapport while explaining complex information
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
- Technically proficient, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems
- Calm and solution-oriented under pressure, maintaining a positive and proactive approach
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrates accountability, ownership of responsibilities, and openness to feedback
- Must reside and be authorized to work in Canada
- Background in an IMO or insurance sector is a plus
