What You Will Do:

As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via emails, phone calls, and other communication channels. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring that our clients' customers are satisfied with our services. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing information on loan terms, account details, and legal matters to customers
  • Processing account seizures (e.g., freezes, wage garnishments) in a timely and compliant manner
  • Managing tickets and workflows using Zendesk and Jira
  • Maintaining clear and structured case documentation
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
  • Meeting team KPIs
  • Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and applying the latest customer happiness practices
  • Securingly working with customers' sensitive information

What You Need to Succeed in This Role:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent English and German skills (C1 for both spoken and written): You will be communicating with customers and colleagues in both languages, so fluency is essential.
  • Experience in customer support: You should have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in banking, legal, or financial services: Your knowledge of the financial industry will be beneficial in understanding customer queries and providing accurate information.
  • Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy standards: You will be handling sensitive customer information, so it's essential that you understand the importance of data protection.
  • Proficiency in using Zendesk and Jira: You should be comfortable using these tools to manage tickets and workflows.
  • Analytical and research skills: You will need to analyze customer issues and provide solutions, so strong analytical skills are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability when handling sensitive or legal information: You will be working with confidential customer data, so attention to detail and a high level of reliability are crucial.
  • Positive and responsible attitude: You should be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

  • Experience with Confluence: You should be familiar with using Confluence to collaborate with colleagues and manage projects.
  • Background working in regulated environments: Your experience working in regulated environments will be beneficial in understanding the importance of compliance.
