Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Digital VA Technical Support Specialist, you'll be handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses that exceed customer expectations.

Contract Length and Rate:

* No fixed term contract, allowing you to work on your own schedule

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour, ensuring you're fairly compensated for your expertise

Skills and Background:

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Close attention to detail and ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours of availability per week, ensuring you can commit to our team's needs
  • Reliable internet connection, allowing you to stay connected and productive

Hours and Location:

* 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed

  • Remote work online, with a preference for candidates based in the United States
