Customer Service/Data Entry Representative Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Reconciling MHO case information with information from other agencies and sources to verify continued eligibility for benefits
  • Obtaining and validating demographic and financial information listed and not listed on eligibility forms, contacting collateral sources of information, and determining immigrant status
  • Responding to member inquiries to provide information regarding eligibility requirements
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness with eligibility forms submitted by individuals requesting benefits

Customer Service/Data Entry Representative Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of related customer service experience
  • Polished phone etiquette and good verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
