Job Summary

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing direct support to owners, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be the face of our company, and your exceptional customer service skills will make a lasting impression on our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide direct support to owners via phone, email, or chat, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to sales and service.

  • Offer product information, registration support, service, parts, delivery, and dealer location inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of processes and procedures to execute strong follow-through and resolve owner issues.
  • Research, analyze data, and make sound decisions relating to escalated owner matters, using good judgment to assist owners in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses.

Requirements

* One-year relevant working experience in a customer service or sales environment.

  • Must be a take-charge person, a self-starter, who takes initiative with in-depth knowledge of processes and procedures, and executes strong follow-through to resolve owner issues.
  • Requires ability to research, analyze data, and make sound decisions relating to escalated owner matters while using good judgment to assist owners in a professional manner.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms.
