Job Summary

As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our corporate clients, individual customers, and driver partners via Live Chat. You'll handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and educate customers on our products and services. This role requires quick wits, problem-solving skills, and a "team first" mentality.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via Live Chat, ensuring first contact resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • Handle customer inquiries, investigate issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Interact with our Driver Operations & Finance team on a regular basis to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, or complaints, and provide support to our users and drivers.
  • Answer customer questions in a proactive, clear, and efficient way using the right methods and tools.

What You'll Need

* Bachelor's degree from any major.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, contact center, or BPO, with a focus on Live Chat.
  • Proficient and confident in communicating in English (both verbal and written).
  • Experience in telco, e-commerce, or tech line of business is preferred.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with Google, spreadsheets, and instant messaging.
  • Willingness to work in shifts (early morning, public holiday) and be flexible.
  • Temporary contract employment for 3 months.
