As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of Arenaflex and driving customer adoption and retention across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Onboarding and Adoption: Own the entire customer onboarding process, from initial setup to ongoing nurture programs, to ensure seamless adoption and maximum value realization.
  • Value and Retention: Drive adoption, value, and retention as your primary measures of success, working closely with customers to identify and address pain points.
  • Customer Success Planning: Act as the advisor for customers, creating, owning, and driving their overall success plan to achieve their business objectives.
  • Best Practices and Playbooks: Develop expertise as an advisor of best practices in leveraging AI to scale across an enterprise organization, creating and sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Product Workshops and Training: Run product workshops, lead webinars, and roundtable discussions with customers to showcase use-cases for generative AI and drive adoption.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze adoption data and usage patterns to gather insights and form opinions on new playbooks to tackle identified areas of opportunity for increasing customer value.
  • Revenue Growth and Cross-Sell/Up-Sell: Work collaboratively with Sales to introduce opportunities for revenue growth, cross-sell, and upsell, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Product Feedback and Improvement: Collect and share insights that help Product identify both scalable and unscalable ways to educate and activate the user base on the product.

Is This You?

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

3+ years of experience

in a CSM role in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of managing high-volume books of business and building programs to support customers at scale.

Demonstrated proficiency

in building playbooks and automation in CS tools, with a strong understanding of customer success strategies and tactics.

Experience carrying and regularly exceeding

GRR and NRR targets, with a proven ability to drive adoption and retention across complex customer relationships.

Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure

, with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to grow and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders.

Proactive communication skills
