About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, responding to their inquiries with speed, accuracy, and empathy. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, primarily through chat and phone support. You'll also collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues, document customer feedback, and provide personalized solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and respond to customer inquiries through chat and phone support
* Continuously increase your knowledge of arenaflex's software and the salon and spa industry to provide expert-level support
* Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues
* Document and share frequent customer issues and solutions
* Provide personalized solutions and preemptive follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
* Work Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm EST
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a software support position. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with our team. You should also be passionate about connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and treating everyone with respect and kindness.
Essential Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a software support position
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
* Passion for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and treating everyone with respect and kindness
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
* Experience with salons and spas (or beauty & wellness in general) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with customer support software and tools
* Knowledge of the salon and spa industry
* Certification in customer support or a related field
