Job Summary

As a Team Lead, Customer Success, you'll be the face and voice of arenaflex for our clients, both internally and externally. You'll be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You'll serve as our client's trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues, and you'll be an internal advocate for clients with arenaflex by championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client's business with arenaflex.

Responsibilities

* Manage a growing team of Customer Success Managers for arenaflex IT; recruit, hire, and train new team members.

  • Serve as a coach and a leader, helping to develop the skills of your CSMs as they help customers achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Build and scale the revenue stream by driving change and maximizing the effectiveness of the Customer Success team to deliver greater value and grow our customers.
  • Organize and analyze customer and product data to identify and implement improvements to increase revenue growth, including partnering with Operations in designing and implementing processes, workflows, and automations.
  • Proactively surface opportunities to improve the team's operational efficiency and the customer experience.

Qualifications

* Proven experience leading a CSM team within a rapidly-growing B2B SaaS company in a Team Lead or Manager role.

  • Driven, think on your feet, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Track record of managing your team to meet or exceed customer renewal and retention goals in a high growth setting.
  • Data-oriented.
  • Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones, preferred.
  • Experience working on a remote team, preferred.
  • Experience working at a high growth start-up or scale up, preferred.
  • Fintech or HRtech experience, preferred.
  • Multilingual, preferred.
