Job Summary

As a Customer Support Officer (English & Spanish speaking) at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support via live chat, email, and/or telephone. You will be responsible for resolving client queries, liaising between client requests, customer service, and back-office operations, and promoting our company's services. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to clients via live chat, email, and/or telephone, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.

  • Serve as the liaison between client requests, customer service, and back-office operations, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processing of client requests.
  • Offer support to Business Development Managers, providing valuable insights and assistance to drive business growth.
  • Ensure all client requests are processed on time with no delays, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide quality customer support during the account opening stages and throughout the trading account's existence, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Promote arenaflex's services, highlighting the benefits and features of our products to clients.
  • Draft, monitor daily reports, and complete tasks assigned by the Head of Department or Management, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Essential Qualifications

• Business fluency in English AND Spanish, both verbal and written, is a must.

  • Previous relevant experience (6 months-2 years) in online customer support (emails/live chat) or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience and knowledge of using Microsoft Office / Outlook, with proficiency in email management and communication tools.
  • University Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and priority handling skills.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple client requests simultaneously.
  • Good attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job.
  • Initiative to find answers to new questions, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve problems, with a strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the financial industry, with knowledge of Forex, CFDs, Commodities, and Spot Metals.

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, with a strong understanding of our company's values and mission.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment, with a strong understanding of diverse cultures and communication styles.

Working Hours

Monday-Friday; 9-hour shifts including 1-hour lunch break (weekly rotation); between 07:00-22:00 Cyprus time. One week night shift once per month. Twice a year, for one month, working hours will be Saturday-Wednesday, 12:00-20:00 Cyprus time.
