Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Chat Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers via live chat on eCommerce websites, helping them with their inquiries, guiding them through the website, and assisting them in finding the products they are looking for.
  • Using your communication skills to enhance the customer experience, potentially increasing sales without the pressure of traditional sales tactics.
