Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including data entry, customer service, and process improvement. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless execution of our operations and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Stay connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols
Essential Qualifications
* Four-year college degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 6 years of experience in a management position with 5 or more direct reports
- 2 years of experience managing directors
- 10 years of experience working in infrastructure projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills and ability to manage financial transactions
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, ATS units, PDU units, chillers, pumps, air-handling units, CRAC units
- Proven history of people management and team development
- Ability to think critically and solve problems at their root
- Experience in areas of strength for difficulty shooting and critical thinking
- Ability to maintain SLAs through proactive issue recognition and reporting
- Ability to follow exact and complete support methods, system documentation, and issue tracking procedures
- Demonstrated good judgment and instincts in leadership
- Ability to focus in high-pressure situations
- Proactively and continuously work on your level of knowledge about arenaflex's business and key initiatives
High-Level Electrical or Mechanical Certifications
* Four-year certification or higher in a relevant field is also acceptable
