Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Administrative Data Entry Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input and update data into arenaflex's databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems with precision and attention to detail.
  • Record Management: Organize, file, and maintain electronic and paper records for easy retrieval, ensuring that sensitive information is handled with integrity and discretion.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data summaries for management and project teams, using your excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Education: A High School Diploma or GED is required; an associate degree or coursework in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in administrative support or data entry roles is essential, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software is required, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
