Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Entering a high volume of data accurately and efficiently into our database systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with established standards.
• Reviewing and verifying data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors in data entry.
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to strict protocols and procedures to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborating with team members to improve data entry processes and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity.
• Adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively to meet departmental goals, maintaining documentation and records of data entry activities.
• Assisting in resolving any discrepancies or errors in data entry, working closely with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or certification in data entry or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in typing and data entry software, with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, adhering to strict protocols and procedures.
• Familiarity with airline operations or related industry experience is a plus.
