Job Summary

As an FBS Product Owner for Customer Retention, you'll play a critical role in defining the product roadmap for customer retention, working closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize features that enhance customer touchpoints throughout the policy lifecycle. You'll be responsible for stakeholder management and communications, feature prioritization and execution, and analyzing customer feedback to inform product decisions. Key Responsibilities

* Define and prioritize features for the customer retention product roadmap, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communications, ensuring effective collaboration and transparency throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to inform product decisions and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product requirements documents, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and stakeholder buy-in
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA, to ensure successful product delivery
  • Conduct regular product demos and updates with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or computer science

  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in product management, customer retention, or a related field
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, including Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business insights
  • Experience with customer feedback and data analysis, with the ability to inform product decisions and drive business growth

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or computer science

  • Experience with product development and launch, with a focus on customer retention and growth
  • Strong technical acumen, with experience working with software development teams and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, including Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Strong business acumen, with experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Skills and Competencies
