Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Data Analyst at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Process Automation: Develop and maintain VBA scripts and macros to automate routine tasks within the Customer Operation, cost simulation, and performance reporting.
  • Data Visualization: Create interactive and informative dashboards or reports to communicate key supply chain metrics and insights to stakeholders.
  • Integrating new customers and channels: Align with CD to integrate new customers and channels into existing processes.
  • Evaluating cost to serve efficiency: Identify and evaluate cost inefficiencies from ordering behavior.
  • Using customer insights and data analytics: Propose and drive improvements to enhance customer experience and supply chain efficiency.

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in go-to-market supply chain functions as a data analyst or IT functions.
  • Advanced knowledge: Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (including VBA, PBI, PPT) is a must.
  • Language skills: English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level is required.
  • Additional skills: Knowledge of Python and API is an advantage.
