Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Customer Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with existing customers, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies. You'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies

Key Responsibilities

* Prospecting and qualifying new business leads through phone, email, and social media

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Developing and implementing sales process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
