Job Summary

As an Experienced Automotive Customer Service and Technical Support Representative (Bilingual: French and English), you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. You'll resolve routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services, leveraging your strong technical and mechanical skills, as well as your fluency in English and French.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and technical support through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels

  • Resolve routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services
  • Utilize strong technical and mechanical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client products and services

Requirements

* Class A Automotive License (310s - Red Seal)

  • Valid Driver's License
  • 5 years of automotive experience with repairs/diagnostics
  • Strong aptitude for technical/mechanical repairs
  • Effective diagnostic aptitude, with strong time management skills
  • Strong communication and computer software skills
  • Fluency in English and French (written and verbal)

* Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on technical support

  • Strong technical and mechanical skills, with a deep understanding of automotive systems and components
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting performance metrics and targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, with a strong understanding of technical documentation and procedures

* Experience working in a bilingual environment, with a strong focus on French and English communication

  • Certification in a specific automotive discipline (e.g. ASE, NASTF)
  • Experience working with clients in a technical support role
