The Role

As an FP&A Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for advising finance professionals from middle management to the C-suite on how to get the most out of our platform. You'll work closely with clients to understand their current challenges, develop customized solutions, and provide training on product updates. Your expertise will help clients simplify their models, improve data quality, and optimize their financial planning and analysis processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Understand current client situations, helping simplify models and existing data

  • Create detailed business analyses, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for our customers
  • Manage, interpret, and validate all data produced by the customer, maintaining a focus on improving the quality of customer care
  • Provide recommendations for possible process changes to help optimize current procedures in support of maximizing outcomes
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with customers, gather requirements, and follow through with necessary financial reporting support

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a similar customer-facing role, with a finance or accounting background

  • Deep knowledge and solid experience in advanced Excel functions (formulas, Vlookup, Pivot Table, Power Query, and complex models)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage in professional conversations, manage expectations, and guide customers to a positive outcome
  • Comfortable with upselling and renewal conversations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Base compensation: The target base salary range will be between $85-100k USD per year, based on multiple factors including prior experience, skills, and location
