Key Responsibilities:

As a Mandarin-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and families, responding to their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams in Mandarin and English, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination
  • Managing patient complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, customer service, communications)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

  • Certification in customer service, healthcare, or a related field (e.g., CNA, CMA, CPC)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with proficiency in additional languages
