The Role

As a German Customer Care Representative, you'll play a critical role in handling customer inquiries via email and chat, providing prompt answers to customer questions, and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values, and ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, providing prompt answers to customer questions

• Provide assistance, resolve complaints, and answer questions in the best interest of the customers
• Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries

Requirements

* Native or near-native German speakers

• Fluency in English
• Clear Communication Skills
• Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools
• Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking, and communicative
