Job Summary

We're looking for part-time remote customer service advisors to join our team of customer experience experts. As a customer service advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. If you're a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Answer customer questions and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Present and answer questions about our services and products to customers
  • Use effective soft-selling and interpersonal communication skills to grow the arenaflex brand
  • Build relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers
  • Balance multiple tasks and changing priorities with high attention to detail
  • Provide product support, solutions, and additional product information to customers
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our customer experience goals

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)

  • Prior experience in a call center environment (strongly preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong typing skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications
  • Ability to commit to 3 weeks of full-time paid training
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including one weekend day
  • Ability to work on Saturdays and holidays
  • High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Experience working with multiple computer applications and software systems
