Key Responsibilities

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Managing customer accounts, including application data entry and online chat inquiries
• Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies, with a focus on creative problem-solving and adaptability
• Providing exceptional customer service experiences consistently, with a high level of professionalism and verbal and written communication skills
• Working independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and a high level of self-motivation and success-driven behavior

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and customer-centricity
• Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• Self-motivated and success-driven, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test, with a minimum age requirement of 18 years old

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish Bilingual skills, would also be beneficial.
