Job Summary

As a Virtual Assistant - Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our database, ensuring that our users have access to the most up-to-date and relevant information. This is a remote role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring that our database is up-to-date and reliable.

  • Update and maintain Yelp database with current information, verifying and validating business listings to ensure data quality.
  • Assist with data clean-up and organization projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-related initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our data entry processes are efficient and effective.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Required Skills
