Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Inbound Benefit Customer Representative to join our team. As a full-time, remote employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and answering general questions. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution. Responsibilities

As a Remote Inbound Benefit Customer Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Verifying customer eligibility and answering general questions
  • Resetting passwords and uploading documents
  • Assisting with creating accounts
  • Engaging with customers over the phone and responding to online chat inquiries
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
