Responsibilities
As an Experienced Remote Online Chat Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns with accuracy, concision, and professionalism
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely and effective manner
- Promoting interest in arenaflex's products and services through engaging and informative interactions
- Consistently meeting established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image at all times
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team as needed
- Assisting with overflow work and other duties as required
- Working from home in a remote capacity, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work environment
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
