Job Responsibilities:

As an entry-level Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
  • Helping clients understand their insurance benefit options, including coverage, plans, and policies, to make informed decisions about their benefit needs.
  • Scheduling and conducting virtual consultations with new and existing customers to discuss their benefit needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, staying current on industry trends and developments.
  • Supporting clients in making informed decisions about their benefit needs, providing guidance and resources to help them achieve their goals.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • No prior experience in insurance or customer service is required, making this an ideal opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, or those looking to start a new career.
  • A high school diploma or GED (college students and recent graduates welcome).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Comfortable working remotely with basic tech knowledge, including Zoom, email, and other digital tools.
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Motivated, reliable, and ready to learn, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
