Temporary Data Entry Specialist – Precision Medicine Company
At arenaflex, we're a precision medicine company pioneering targeted therapies for polygenic diseases, with an initial focus on ophthalmology. Our innovative approach integrates patients' genetics with longitudinal clinical and imaging data, leveraging our interdisciplinary team's expertise in clinical science, data science, statistical genetics, machine learning, and drug discovery. We're advancing novel therapeutics and defining patient stratification strategies to enhance clinical success, with two programs currently in the clinic for Dry Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD) and additional programs in earlier stages of discovery research. We're seeking a highly detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Specialist to join our team for approximately one month, with the potential for extension based on individual performance and project needs. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and will report to the Clinical Data Manager, collaborating closely with the Clinical Data Associate.

Key Responsibilities
As a Temporary Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately inputting data into our company databases, following established procedures and data entry guidelines
- Ensuring completeness and accuracy of all data entries
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Quickly learning and adapting to new tools and systems
Key Attributes

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Proficient typing and data entry skills
- Comfortable using Mac systems and general computer applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- Associate's degree or at least 2 years of relevant data entry or administrative experience
- Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Prior professional or personal experience using a Mac
- Experience with HIPAA and/or GCP guidelines preferred but not required
