Experienced Customer Happiness Team Agent – Seasonal Wine Enthusiast Wanted

Job Summary:

We're seeking experienced Customer Happiness Team Agents to join our seasonal team, helping us navigate our busiest time of year from September 2025 through February 2026. As a Customer Happiness Team Agent, you'll be on the front lines of our customer experience, solving problems, answering questions, and making our customers feel like VIPs. If you're passionate about people, customer service, and maybe a glass of something red or bubbly, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

* Keep up with a fast-paced contact center, handling an average of 64 interactions per shift

  • Maintain 90% or higher 5-star customer ratings, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Help customers through written and verbal communication channels, including email, phone, and live chat
  • Turn tricky situations into great experiences, showcasing your problem-solving skills and creativity
  • Be reliable and consistently show up for your shift on time, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Love being on the phone and computer most of the day, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

Requirements:

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a natural instinct to help people and go above and beyond

  • A passion for customer service, with a strong desire to turn someone's day around
  • Comfort with technology, multitasking, and fast-paced work, with experience in a call center-like environment
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably from a call center-like environment
  • Must be 21 years of age or older, with a valid ID and ability to work in the US
  • Must be able to take phone calls from customers while working remotely, with a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
  • Must be eligible to work in the US, with a valid Social Security number or work visa
  • Must be able to work either a Tuesday-Saturday shift or Sunday-Thursday, with a flexible schedule and ability to work varied shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the wine industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of wine and wine-related terminology
  • Experience with CRM software and customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and experience

Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of $18.81/hour

  • Fully remote position, with all necessary equipment provided
  • Up to $280/month in performance bonuses, based on individual and team performance
  • 48 hours of sick time, with a focus on employee well-being and work-life balance
