As a Customer Security Engineer, you'll be part of a team that delivers strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that drive insights and value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Security Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Implementing and enforcing security policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations across Microsoft 365 services
  • Overseeing the management and administration of Azure Active Directory, ensuring secure access and identity protection
  • Implementing and maintaining comprehensive security measures across Microsoft 365 environments to protect organizational data and resources
  • Delivering dedicated support to enterprise customers, building strong relationships, and driving continuous improvement across a variety of complex environments
  • Collaborating with experienced technical teams to develop the skills and knowledge needed to maintain and troubleshoot their environments in alignment with industry best practices

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT, with a proven track record in a similar role with a focus on Microsoft security technologies
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, including data protection and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with Microsoft security tools, including Microsoft 365 Defender and Azure AD
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Education

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is required, or equivalent work experience.
