Key Responsibilities
As a FT Customer Service Travel Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly and accurately to inquiries and requests. You'll also act as a travel consultant, researching and recommending various travel options to meet clients' needs. Your duties will include:
* Responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
* Researching and recommending travel options to meet clients' needs
* Utilizing various computer systems and software to process and track reservations, payments, and refunds
* Monitoring and resolving any issues or concerns related to travel reservations and payments

Essential Qualifications
