Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Your primary goal will be to establish long-term relationships with our customers, drive sales growth, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Essential Functions

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Process orders, credits, and special requests, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of customer transactions.
  • Follow all applicable standard work procedures, adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product lines, including doors, drawer fronts, glass doors, French lites, drawer boxes, moldings, and accessory items.
  • Develop a basic understanding of our Ready To Assemble (RTA) cabinet line and specialty items.
  • Learn and master our system requirements, including custom order entry, CRM, email, shipping, and Anytime.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, provide product information, and drive sales growth.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Knowledge, Skill, and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent required; college graduate preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on resolving complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the home decor or furniture industry.
