A Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Assist customers with a variety of transactions, from answering questions to resolving issues, in a timely and effective manner
• Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment, including point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and more
• Inspire trust, teamwork, and positive team relationships by being a role model and leader within the team
• Defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Ensure the security and privacy of customer information through education, compliance, and resolution of issues, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies
• Motivate and inspire others to adopt initiatives such as our arenaflex Rewards program, driving customer engagement and loyalty
• Work a flexible schedule based on department needs, with varying hours and shifts to ensure seamless customer service

• Proficiency in multiple operating systems, including MS Windows, iOS, and Android, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications
• Clear, effective communication with strong interpersonal skills, able to navigate complex customer issues and conflicts
• The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, managing competing demands and deadlines
• Accountability, initiative, and a high level of ownership, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and team performance

This role is part of arenaflex's Individual Contributor Track, with a Management Level of 9. The hourly wage range for this position is $16.05 - $16.70, with opportunities for performance-based incentives and bonuses. Commission Structure

arenaflex's commission structure varies based on the merchandise sold, with sales roles typically receiving commissions ranging from 3% to 14.5%. Beauty and Men's Fragrance sales roles typically receive a commission of 3%.
