Job Summary

As an Operations Support Analyst - Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring their needs are met. You will work closely with our Ground Operations and Sales Activities teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, analyze external solutions, and communicate analysis and solutions to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Perform analysis of external solutions to support informed decision-making on customer issues

  • Communicate analysis and solutions that demonstrate a clear understanding of the business bottom line and broader impact across the organization
  • Identify areas for improvement in functional performance and business processes through a understanding of customer/process insights, verification data, key requirements, and risk management
  • Lead periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure compliance policies are followed
  • Gather, organize, visualize, and interpret data, including transforming raw data into meaningful information using data-driven software languages and visualization tools
  • Lead and collaborate with project teams and presentations to Management

Skills and Qualifications:

+ Excellent organizational and time management skills + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Ability to multitask and complete tasks with tight deadlines + Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills required

Education:

+ Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field)

Experience:

+ 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., customer service, operations management, or a related field)
