The Role

As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers navigate our system via live chat, email, phone, and video calls. Key Responsibilities

  • Prior experience in customer service (helpful but not required)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express complex concepts in a simple and concise manner

  • Proven problem-solving skills, with a creative and resourceful approach to resolving complex issues
