The Role
As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by responding to inbound chat and text messages in a timely, professional, and engaging manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet our high standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to and engaging in conversations with customers via chat and text messages, providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses.
- Engaging with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
- Identifying and reporting system errors or anomalies, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.
- Meeting productivity targets by working a set minimum number of conversations per hour.
- Operating within multiple software platforms, leveraging technology to enhance customer interactions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Familiarity with the automobile industry and various vehicle makes/models.
- High-speed internet access and a reliable computer setup.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Work Schedule
Our team operates on a dynamic schedule, with varying shifts to accommodate our customers' needs. As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll work a set schedule, which may include:
- Monday: OFF
- Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Wednesday: OFF
- Thursday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Sunday: OFF
