Responsibilities

As a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, ensuring that their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries regarding orders, delivery times, and service-related questions, demonstrating a deep understanding of our services and policies.
  • Effectively resolving customer complaints and providing timely solutions, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process, communicating effectively and providing regular updates.
  • Staying informed about services offered and updates in the food delivery industry, providing knowledgeable support to our customers and staying ahead of the curve.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, as we cater to a diverse customer base.
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the food delivery or hospitality sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
