Job Description

As a Customer Experience Ambassador at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing comprehensive sales solutions, and fostering a positive experience for our customers. You will be the face of our company, building strong relationships with potential customers and existing clients to drive business growth and success.

Responsibilities:

- Engage daily with potential new account leads, providing impeccable sales and customer service support to each individual - Attend account management meetings throughout the weekdays and any scheduled conference calls assigned by the account you are working with - Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and promotions, and be able to provide in-depth product knowledge to potential new customers - Generate new business and customers by reaching out to consumers on a day-to-day basis, and develop a leadership mentality to drive sales growth - Document and track various sales activity and trends within the region and the client account assigned as the Customer Experience Ambassador - Work collaboratively with the team to provide guidance and support on assigned accounts, and be willing to travel for conferences and workshops as needed

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role with demonstrated success - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and maintain a positive demeanor - Eagerness to develop a leadership mentality and learn alongside other Customer Experience Ambassadors and department teammates - Ability to travel to and from customer meetings and potentially nationally for conferences and workshops

Essential Skills and Competencies:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues - Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools - Strong product knowledge and ability to provide in-depth product information to customers

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a similar role or industry - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Certification in sales or customer service - Experience with sales software and tools
