The Role
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving success by providing accurate and efficient data entry services. You'll have the opportunity to work independently with minimal supervision, and you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize Microsoft suite and other software applications to complete tasks
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve data entry processes
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
- Experience in provider outreach, decision-making, and responding quickly to questions
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
- 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
