What You'll Do

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide. You'll help customers resolve basic technical issues, track, document, and retrieve information in databases, and offer additional products and/or services. Your primary goal will be to deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Helping customers resolve basic technical issues
• Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
• Offering additional products and/or services

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the key qualifications we're looking for:

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Open availability (this is a seasonal position)
• A high school diploma or GED
• A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge

To ensure that you have the necessary tools and resources to succeed in this role, we require the following:

• Desktop or laptop computer (Windows 10+, 8GB RAM, Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher)
• DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection (10 mbps download, 3 mbps upload or higher)
• Smartphone
• Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
